"Feeling Lost? How to Find Your Direction When You Don't Know Which Way to Go"

Feeling lost is a common thing to experience in life. You may have asked yourself , what am i doing, where am i in life right now , where do i turn, where do i go from here ? I was lost just like you were at a point in my life, I was 18 years old when i had my first child , I missed my moment of going off to college and to start my career off in the army. I was confused , i didn't have any plan I thought to myself , how? will i be able to raise a child and i have no job , no education . Many nights i cried and feared i wouldn't amount to anything . I began drinking more to cope with the pain i was feeling inside , until i had an encounter with God. I started reading my bible more , i depended on God in those moments of suffering. I went from being in bed more than one day God lifted me out of a deep depression. God exposed so much to me of who I truly was and what i was capable of doing in this world. I tried numerous times to get closer to God and i would be lying if i told you i did everything right the first or second time or even my third attempt. I prayed and asked God for guidance and strength , it was at the moment i wanted to give up when God showed up fully in my life. God started doing things in me that i never thought could happen, my whole mindset changed. once i fully gave my life over to God and allowed him to work on me , that is when i knew which direction to go , God ordered my steps, i didn't know everything he was doing. i just took a leap of faith and followed him and that's when i got into ministry. I was lost didn't know which direction to go and God helped me , see when we have Jesus , we don't have to do as much as we think! we just have to trust in him , give him our doubts and our worries , he will guide you into the right direction. proverbs 3:5 -6 says "Trust in the Lord with all of your heart , and lean on not your own understanding; in all ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your paths.
